Why we verify: HeartBridge is a safe, trusted community. All members are required to verify their identity before being matched. Your documents are reviewed only by Ruth and stored securely. They are never shared with other members.
Accepted documents: National ID, Passport, Driver's Licence. All files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Documents are deleted after verification is confirmed.
Your questionnaire responses are used exclusively to curate your matches. They are never shared publicly or with third parties.
Shared only with individuals HeartBridge matches you with, and only after your consent to proceed with an introduction.
Reviewed only by HeartBridge staff for verification purposes. Stored securely and deleted once verification is confirmed.
Processed entirely by IremboPay (BNR Licensed, PCI-DSS compliant). HeartBridge does not store card or mobile money credentials.
